The RLI Ranch reception at the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) was designed to foster networking, brand promotion, producer appreciation, and relationship building among attendees. Over four months, I spearheaded the creative direction and execution of this unique event.

Central to the reception was the custom event logo, inspired by western and cowboy themes. I named the event “RLI Ranch” and developed a cohesive design strategy that extended to digital invitations, printed signage, wall decor, and specialty imprint items, such as custom cowboy hats for guests. To enhance engagement, I designed QR code business cards linking to our marketing materials, and created tailored social media posts to promote the event.

A carefully curated mood board guided my design choices, ensuring a consistent theme throughout. By incorporating RLI's primary brand colors into the designs, I maintained brand integrity while celebrating the event's unique character.

The reception not only showcased the company's commitment to building and maintaining relationships, but it also supported the company’s goals of profitable growth and enhanced brand visibility. The cohesive design and thoughtful execution contributed to a memorable experience that resonated with attendees, reinforcing RLI Insurance’s presence in the industry.
